In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Carefully place the patties in the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
