Ingredients

  • 1 14.75 oz can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Carefully place the patties in the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm with your favorite sides and enjoy!
